Often during many moments of the day, we feel as if we are in a rat race. We can experience this stressful state going to work, or taking our kids to school and all of their activities. But what if we saw our daily life as an opportunity to live out our passions and purpose? We’re no longer rats in a maze, but stars of our shows.

So take a moment and journal about how you’d like your days to flow. Add and subtract elements to this newly directed life and make it a happier and more balanced one. Now list 5 ways that you can add more purpose and passion into your life each day! Begin the steps of change today!

“Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you,” Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Emerson wrote about many important values in life. And this quote hits at the heart of living fully! In his opinion, self-expression is not an option!

So my challenge for you, dear journaler, is to look at your life right now and be honest about what you really want to accomplish using your talents. What gifts from the heart do you want to share that you haven’t? Write down a list of at least five of them. Afterward, journal about one desire for ten minutes. Highlight any small steps you may have uncovered to move you forward to manifest your passionate dreams!
